Course of action

Why we start with electricity

Heat matters too — but it's more expensive, slower and harder to verify. Electricity gives us a foothold: it's visible on the meter, it reacts quickly to changes, and it's felt in the wallet.

  • Measurable

    The meter shows kilowatt-hours every day. There's a 'before' and 'after' to compare, not a guess. This data builds a calculation you can verify.

  • Faster than other solutions

    Equipment is installed in days or weeks, not a season. No scaffolding, no weather dependency, no disruption to the building's life.

  • Visible on the bill

    The result shows up in the next payment document. That matters when a board makes the decision: people see what they paid for.

  • Life support

    A battery storage system keeps critical loads running during outages: lighting, pumps, communications, elevators. Insulation alone never provides that.

This doesn't cancel out thermal modernization. It comes as the next stage — once the consumption profile is clear, there's something to confirm the effect with, and a way to fund the co-owners' contribution.

Different groups — different solutions

A community, a business, an HOA, a developer, a donor and a private owner all face different constraints: ownership form, decision-making, access to financing and consumption patterns. One-size-fits-all doesn't work here — so each segment has its own entry point.

Competencies

What the Center does

A full cycle in one circuit — from measurement to a working system confirmed by metering data. What is usually torn between different contractors, we pull together.

  • Survey and measurement

    Consumption profile, load patterns, metering status, connection capacity, heat loss. The baseline data without which any calculation is just a guess.

  • Calculation and modeling

    Sizing generation capacity and storage capacity to the actual profile. Payback assessment based on current tariffs, not average figures.

  • Design solutions

    System architecture, equipment composition, connection scheme, stage sequencing. A technical specification you can take to a contractor or a financing program.

  • Turnkey implementation

    Procurement, partner contractors, compliance control against the design, sign-off and result verification against metering data. Coordination between participants sits with the Center, not with the client.
