01What this site is

The site describes the Center's areas of work, the process and ways of working, and lets you leave a request. The site is not a public offer: the terms of specific cooperation are set by a separate agreement after discussing your task.

02Informational nature

All descriptions of services, stages and financing programmes are for reference. We verify programme data and indicate the verification date, but programme conditions change — check them directly with the programme administrator or bank before making financial decisions.

We do not publish figures we cannot back with a source, and we do not publish case studies without the client's written consent.

03The assistant on the site

The assistant replies based on the site's materials and does not invent figures, prices or timelines. Its replies are not a technical opinion, a commercial offer or legal advice. Decisions about your site are made after a survey and a conversation with a Center specialist.

04Requests

By sending a request you confirm that the contact details belong to you and agree that the Center will contact you to handle the request. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

05Intellectual property

The texts, diagrams and design of the site belong to the Center. You may quote the site's materials with a reference to the source. Commercial use without the Center's consent is not permitted.

06Liability

The Center makes every effort to keep the information accurate and current, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the site and is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of information from the site without consulting a specialist.

07Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with the update date.
