For RES / BESS developers
A bridge between the investment and the site
The developer brings capital, intent and deadlines. On the ground there is a grid operator, contractors, a community and real constraints. The Center stands between them: technical, documentary and technological support from technical conditions to a working system, with a guarantee that what's on paper matches what's on site.
How it works
What passes through the Center
A RES or BESS project rarely fails on equipment. It fails on grid connection, technical conditions, an unrealistic financial model and a contractor nobody controlled. That is exactly what we carry across the bridge.
Developer / investor
- Capital and intent to invest
- A site or a portfolio of sites
- Deadlines, return requirements, risk appetite
The Center
- Technical conditions and connection risk analysis
- DSO interaction package
- Technical specification and solution architecture
- Financial model, scenarios, BESS operating modes
- Quality control and sign-off
The site
- Distribution system operator and connection point
- Contractors
- Community and local authorities
- Metering data after commissioning
What we answer for
Three guarantees
We don't sell "support". We answer for three things an investor cannot verify from another city.
Quality
The Center sets the technical requirements and signs off the work. One criterion: as in the specification, not "as it turned out". The contractor knows they will be checked.
Adaptability
The solution is fitted to real constraints: connection capacity, grid regime, site condition, budget. A copy of the neighbour's configuration doesn't work here — and we don't offer it.
Realism
We take on what can actually be connected, built and maintained. If a project won't fly, we say so at the analysis stage — not after design money has been spent.
Work blocks for this segment
Where developers usually start
These are the stages from our line most often needed at the entry to a RES or BESS project. The full list and ways of working are on the services page.
DSO Connection Ready
Reduce connection risk: technical conditions analysis, DSO interaction package, connection risks, action plan.
BESS Ready
Test whether storage makes economic sense: feasibility, operating modes, payback scenarios, next-stage specification.
Feasibility Study Ready
A document for the investor's decision: feasibility study with financial model, risks and scenarios.
Turnkey project
From site analysis to a working system — with partner contractors, while the Center holds the technical role.
