For donors, NGOs and investors
A bridge between funding and the community on the ground
A donor, NGO or investor needs an evidence-based project, a structured package and confidence that money turns into a result, not a report. The Center stands between funding and the place: prepares the project package, holds the technical and documentary expertise, controls contractors and returns verified data about the result.
How it works
What passes through the Center
The most common problem of a donor project is the gap between what's written in the application and what exists on site. We know the place, so the package we prepare matches the community's reality.
Donor / NGO / investor
- Funding and programme priorities
- Reporting and transparency requirements
- Expected impact and timeline
The Center
- Project concept, budget, impact logic
- Structured submission-ready package
- Portfolio of opportunities in the community
- Technical and documentary implementation support
- Contractor control and sign-off
Community on the ground
- Real facilities and their condition
- Local contractors
- Capacity to sustain the result
- Metering data after commissioning
What we answer for
Three guarantees
For a donor, the most expensive thing is a project that looked good in the application and doesn't work on site. We answer for that not happening.
Quality
The Center sets the technical requirements for equipment and works, and signs them off. The contractor knows the result will be checked against metering data, not a certificate.
Adaptability
The package is fitted to a specific programme's format and to the community's actual capacity. The same facility is packaged differently for different donors — that's normal.
Realism
The portfolio contains what the community can actually implement and sustain after funding ends. If a facility isn't ready, we say so before submission, not in the report.
