About the Center
A technical expert center for energy consumption optimization
The Center for Energy Efficiency in Ladyzhyn works with community facilities, businesses, HOAs and private owners: it surveys, calculates, designs solutions and carries them through to a working system — ourselves or with partner contractors, while the expert, technical and technological role stays with the Center.

No recommendation is made without baseline data. Consumption profile, metering status, connection capacity — that's where any work begins.
Solutions built for the site
No two sites are alike. What paid off in one building might not pay off next door due to a different consumption pattern or grid limits.
Sequence, not everything at once
Work is broken into stages by speed of payback. Metering and electricity first, then thermal solutions and building envelope work.
Verifiability
The effect is confirmed by metering data after implementation. Every figure we publish has a source and a check date.
