Projects
A result you can verify
We don't publish case studies without the client's written consent or figures without a source. Instead we show exactly what you receive at each stage — and how we make sure the working system delivers the effect that was in the calculation.
In hand
What the client receives at each stage
Not an abstract consultation but a concrete product you can present to management, a donor, an investor or a procurement team.
- Diagnostics
Short energy profile
Where the losses are, what consumes most, what the load pattern is. The starting point for any decision.
- Diagnostics
Expert opinion
An answer to a specific question: does it make sense, what are the risks, what next. Brief and to the point.
- Design
Technical specification
Solution architecture, equipment composition, requirements for works. A document you can take to a contractor.
- Design
Feasibility study
A feasibility study with a financial model, scenarios and risks — for a management or investor decision.
- Financing
Grant application
Project concept, budget, impact logic, a full material set in the format of a specific programme.
- Procurement
Procurement package
Procurement plan, specification, market analysis, documents, deadline control — without errors or delays.
- Connection
DSO interaction package
Technical conditions analysis, connection risks, action plan, documents for the grid operator.
- Design
Financial model
Operating modes, payback scenarios, tariff sensitivity — on the actual profile, not averages.
- Digital circuit
Analytics dashboard
Consumption, generation, battery state, deviations — online, for a director, a board or a donor.
- Result
A working system confirmed by metering data
The project closes not with a folder handed over, but with equipment that works and meter readings that match the calculation.
Verifiability
How we confirm the result
The effect must be visible on the meter, not in a presentation. So measurement is both at the start and at the end.
- 01
We measure "before"
Consumption profile, metering status, connection capacity — before any works. Without this baseline, "savings" remain a guess.
- 02
We sign off against the specification
One acceptance criterion: as in the specification, not "as it turned out". The contractor knows the result will be checked.
- 03
We compare "after"
Metering data after commissioning against the calculation. If they diverge, we find out why and fix it — instead of writing a report.
Real case studies with figures will appear on this page once the data is confirmed by metering and clients give written consent to publication. This is our rule, not a placeholder.
